In "The Merchant of Venice" how is Shylock guilty of the deadly sin envy?

i need 3 examples, but i didn’t really understand the play. Shakespeare confuses me >_< please and thank you!

I think that if you actually READ it, and not just turn the pages, you’d get it.

Shakespeare is not that hard to follow. He wrote for plebs, so you should be fine.
