Each of the Seven Deadly Sins was given a color and an animal.Pride was given the horse,envy
the dog,lust the cow,gluttony the pig,wrath the bear,sloth the goat,and greed was given the frog.
I can see how some of these animals can be linked with some of the sins but why would greed be
given the frog?Or why would envy be given the dog?

These probably helped people remember the significance to not commit these cardinal sins by relating them to stories of what happen to animals who show these characteristics.

Horse: To prideful to take a break when needed? Dead.

Dog: Begging like a dog, not flattering.

Cow: going to stretch this one. Lust after others and you will end up with a cow, or maybe the equivelent.

Bear: There is always people out there who are willing to do more in the name of revenge.

Goat: What does a goat do, what does it contribute on the farm? It doesn’t pull any plow, it is merely killed and eaten (not a farmer this could easily be wrong)

Frog: I am guessing it is because the frog is associated with resurrection (disappears in winter only to reappear in summer) Whats more greedy than saying "let me do it again"

These are the seven deadly sins: Anger, Greed, Sloth, Pride, Lust, Envy, and Gluttony. For me it’s envy and gluttony. I have been eating a lot doughnuts lately that I forget to go to church lol. And please don’t just write one word. Add a little explanation. Best answer gets ten points.

Pride: I’ve just been feeling to be the center of attention lately. Great things have been happening to me and I feel it’s necessary for people to know. :/ I don’t mean to.
Envy: I just have these feelings I can’t shake off… And because of that, I also hold wrath.
Yeah I know, I’m going to hell.

I’ve watched this programme on the History Channel about the seven deadly sins and their history and current popular and scientific status, appropriately called Seven Deadly Sins, and it said that pride was losing its ’sinful’ notion and as it was, so could the others. According to Christian theology, pride is the beginning of all sin. This relates to the myth of Lucifer, where it was said that his pride would introduce sin into the world. This leads me to think, as pride is losing its status as a sin, would the other deadly sins follow?

How would one of the seven DEADLIEST sins be losing it’s sin-ness? Yes as a nation people are becoming more prone to do such things so it doesn’t seem as bad to us, but in all essence that just means that we are indulging in this sin so much that we no longer see the wrongdoing in it without admitting there is a problem.

I wanted to watch part 2 of the lifetime movie seven deadly sins bc i missed the only episode that was on TV. What website can I go to to watch part 2?

I am looking for the same thing but so far all I have found is that lifetime is going to air it on their website starting tomorrow May 26th I hope that helped I wanted to watch it now myself my stupid tv didnt record all of it because of a storm
