the 7 deadly sins
lust-like them either cause they have something you like(style, clothes, money, cause they look good)
gluttony-over eating
greed-always wanting stuff
sloth-lazy
wrath-anger
envy-grudges,hatred
pride-you already know what that is
(dont let one of these sins control you, its time for you to start taking control)
-i lust and now im trying to see the ppl for the inside(you’ll just end up falling for a trap, trust me)unless you get lucky and the person is awesome inside.
-i try not to overeat but i always do and sometimes i keep on whining about my weight
-i always want stuff and it hurts to spend money, material stuff only makes me happy for a few days.
-i am lazy sometimes.
-i get mad whenever i feel like something is soo stupid.
-i do tend to hate when people hate on me first.
(well im still trying my best to control theses things
I can name several congressmen who consider these as positives.

All of the above, but I don’t believe in "sin". As long as I don’t let and of those behaviors cause harm to myself or others, I’m cool with them. Besides, it’s all a part of being human.

We will only overcome these sins when we choose to put God first in our lives and not the things of this world.
Peace be with you sis

i’m way past the whole lust of materialism thing and have never been greedy :: i have never felt envy or too much pride :: i love to eat: but i do it right :: i’m naturally not an angry person :: i really just need to work on laziness :: i know sometimes i should be doing more than i do!! =\

In Wrestling…high school type…it is no sin to get taken down…but you don’t want to stay down. Or get Pinned…
With the help of the Holy Spirit, you can always get back on your feet.
You may fall again, but God is the God of second chances…and He wants to see his kids win…just like any proud parent.
Hope my analogy helps.! ”
my personal weakness is probably pride…others see my weaknesses far sooner than I sense my own.

the problem is all seven could potentially be either "virtues" or "sins" depending on the context

anger followed closely by pride.

Pride, definitely. Used to be sloth, but I’m more active now, though I still love my naps. Never had much of a problem with lust, wrath, greed, or gluttony. And envy… I thought envy was wanting what others have. I do hold grudges, but I don’t see how that is envious. And hatred would probably fit under wrath better than it would envy.

Lust: Not at all. I’m fourteen, I don’t need sex at this age.
Gluttony: Not really. I eat small meals whenever I’m hungry. I do pig out occasionally, though. But it’s nothing I need to worry about; at 5′1", I’m 102 pounds. I’m perfectly healthy.
Sloth: Oh, yeah. I sit on my bed on my laptop for hours on end.
Greed: Not really, I don’t want very many things. And when I do want something, I don’t care all too much anyway.
Wrath: Yeah, I have a temper problem. So sue me. It’s not like I’m bringing a gun to school.
Envy: I think envy is jealousy, not grudges or hatred hun. And I’m not a really jealous person.
Pride: I don’t have very high self-esteem or anything, but when I do something well, I do take pleasure in that.
I don’t view these as sins or even downfalls. I view these things as part of who I am, simple as that. I’m not going to change it, or try to change it, I’m going to be me.
